A company is looking for a Senior People & Talent Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement core People Systems and manage policy documentation
Coordinate compliance and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
Lead talent acquisition efforts and enhance the full recruiting lifecycle
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting
Proven ability to source and place high-performing candidates in growing companies
Experience in building people operations in a startup or high-growth environment
Comfortable with fast-paced, collaborative work and process development
Bonus : Experience in SaaS or professional services and recruiting for remote workforces
