Director of Operations Strategy

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Operations Planning and Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various departments to support strategic initiatives and align leadership vision

Create work plans, monitor solution performance, and facilitate working sessions to meet project expectations

Manage relationships with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations while handling sensitive information

Required Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma with eight years of experience in business analysis or operations management

Experience in Operations Management, Program Office Management, or Project Management preferred

Moderate to advanced skills in software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Project

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and major workflows related to Provider Data Management and claims processing

Ability to lead, mentor, and manage multiple projects while developing strong relationships with management
