Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services:

• BSN required
• RN Active License
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
• The Manager, Surgical Services will be responsible for the daily leadership of the department, mentoring and coaching, understanding and bringing best practices on board to ensure the highest level of patient safety and quality, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels
