A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with state laws and accurate employee compensation
Develop and maintain HR policies and processes to support a positive organizational culture and manage employee relations
Collaborate with the Director, Talent & Culture on onboarding, coaching, and overall People & Culture strategy
Required Qualifications
8 years of experience in human resource administration with mid- to large-size organizations
At least 2 years of experience actively managing payroll, preferably with Paylocity
Knowledge of employment law statutes and regulations, including FLSA, COBRA, and ERISA
Experience with leave management, including workers' compensation and FMLA
Ability to think strategically and proactively troubleshoot issues
