Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who loves helping older adults stay strong mobile and independent Our Symbria Rehab Team in Lake Bluff IL is seeking its next PRN employee-owner to support a warm collaborative senior-living community.

Responsibilities

What Youll Do

As a PRN PTA youll play a key role in delivering hands-on therapy and supporting meaningful resident progress. You will :

Carry out treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist

Deliver engaging functional mobility and strength-building interventions

Document treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner

Communicate patient status observations and progress to the PT

Partner with a supportive interdisciplinary team who values your insight

Provide PRN support as needed during weekday or weekend shifts

Every visit makes a real impactand your work will directly support residents confidence function and quality of life.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Illinois PTA license

Flexibility for PRN scheduling

A passion for helping older adults achieve meaningful therapy goals

Prior rehab or long-term care experience is helpful but not required

Passion compassion and teamwork matter most.
