A Physician Assistant is an individual who is engaged in the examination or treatment of patients while under the supervision of a licensed cation: Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Experience: No Prior Experience Required Skills: Self motivated individual who can work with little direct supervision Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; tolerance for working with multiple numbers of people Good clinical expertise, communication skills, human relations skills and organizational skills Proficient computer skills Licensure/Certification/Registration: Missouri PA License Successful completion of all department specific credentialing within first 90 days of employment
