Additional Skills & Qualifications

Monitor hourly production metrics, including case counts, to ensure targets are achieved. Read and execute the daily run plan accurately to meet operational goals. Provide hands-on training and guidance to both new hires and returning team members on equipment and workflow procedures. Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company safety policies within the team. Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all communications with staff. Collaborate with the supervisor by promptly reporting any employee-related issues or concerns.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00 / hr.
