Key Responsibilities
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
Set performance expectations and build scalable sales development playbooks and processes
Analyze team performance and pipeline health, partnering with sales, marketing, and operations for optimization
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership, preferably in SDR or pipeline-focused roles
Proven success in leading or scaling SDR teams in fast-paced environments
Experience designing and implementing sales development strategies and frameworks
Demonstrated ability to use data analytics for performance improvement
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools preferred
