Job Title :  Senior Software / . Net Developer - School and District Improvement

Type :  Onsite

Location : Chicago, IL / Springfield, IL

Client : State of Illinois

Required skills :

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems, or other related field, such as accounting or mathematics, and a minimum of eight years of professional work experience in computer programming.
• Minimum of eight years of hands-on full-stack developer experience, with knowledge and utilization of the skillsets listed below during any duration of the eight years.
• ASP.Net Core 3.x
• ASP.Net Framework 4.x
• ASP.Net Web Forms
• Entity Framework (or EFCore)
• JavaScript - Any Major Framework (Vue, React, Angular)
• SQL Server 2008+
• T-SQL
• Visual Basic / C#
• APIs
• Identity Server or other use of OAuth2 principle
• The candidate with a minimum of eight years of experience as a full-stack developer on large-scale IT development experience. At least two of the eight years must be performed at a senior level with consecutive years' experience with the same employer / project. A successful candidate will have proven senior-level experience with :
• Leading projects.
• Mentoring peers and delegating tasks.
• Communication skills, particularly with developers and non-technical  stakeholders.
• Gathering and understanding technical requirements.
• Planning, coding, and executing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge on full-stack development.
• In-depth technical skillset.
• At least four years of experience using Agile software development cycles leveraging TFS / Azure DevOps.
• The Vendor must provide a candidate with a minimum of five years of work experience in a senior developer role working on projects related to School Improvement Funding, Title I School Improvement Continuation and Planning grant requirements, financial forecasts, and school funding for a large-scale project at a State Education Agency.
