SUMMARY

Partner is seeking a Full-Time Assessor for our construction services team to perform all Construction Assessor responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS

• Involvement in multiple projects concurrently
• Oversee the quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle
• Coordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to plan
• Cultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members, Client, and other project stakeholders in order to successfully deliver a quality product on time
• Conduct inspections
• Write reports

COMPENSATION

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,000-$105,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
