Who We're Looking For

The Marketing Events Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing RF-SMART's event marketing strategy to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and partner relations. This individual will work independently to plan various event logistics showcasing creativity, thorough attention to detail, and organization. They will join a team of marketing leaders committed to transforming customers and changing lives.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies for virtual events, user groups, regional chapters, happy hours and partner events aligned with RF-SMART's marketing and sales objectives.

Evaluate and communicate with vendors on event logistics to optimize cost-effectiveness and attendee experience. This includes ownership of event swag inventory, and ensuring resources are delivered to all events.

Design and implement monthly and quarterly virtual learning event programs (webinars, workshops), including topic selection, format development, and presenter coordination.

Develop and manage event landing pages in event platform, making strategic decisions about messaging, design requirements, and user experience.

Establish data management protocols for attendee lists, registration processes, and reporting systems.

Interpret event data and analytics to make informed recommendations for future event strategy and budget allocation.

Assist with other company-wide event planning as needed, including RF-SMART User Summit and SKO events.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
• 3+ years of event management or marketing experience with demonstrated responsibility for event strategy and budget management
• Proven track record of independently planning and executing successful events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and event management platforms
