Full-Time Behavioral Health Associates Wanted
TrustPoint Hospital is hiring full-time behavioral health associates! The schedule includes three 12-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends. The shift opening is days, from 7am to 7pm. The pay range is $17 / hr to $22 / hr, based on years of experience, and there are up to $4.50 / hr shift differentials.

Essential functions include demonstrating a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety and providing excellent customer services; ensuring the well-being of patients and providing a positive, supportive, and structured environment; conducting safety checks and ensuring supervision is conducted at 15-minute intervals; documenting timely, accurate, and appropriate clinical information; assisting in providing a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for patients, significant others, and staff; interacting routinely with patients; overseeing or assisting patients with activities of daily living; obtaining patient's vital signs, height, and weight; facilitating patient educational-rehabilitative groups; engaging patients in activities and interactions designed to encourage achievement of treatment goals; completing and maintaining required documentation; providing transportation for patients; and demonstrating a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
Other functions include performing other functions and tasks as assigned.
Education / experience / skill requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility. Licenses / designations / certifications required include CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification (training available upon hire and offered by the facility) and first aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
