AP SPECIALIST
Client in the Lancaster-area seeks an AP Specialist to assist with workload and cost-tracking projects. Salary is $45-$55k, DOE

Currently managing increased transactional volume from tariff and policy changes
The AP Specialist position offers exposure to cross-functional work in supply chain, finance, and reporting
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AP SPECIALIST
The AP Specialist will validate vendor invoices against updated tariff rates and duty codes
The AP Specialist will maintain and reconcile a tariff tracker in ERP and Excel
Process invoices in system, ensuring accuracy and speed in entry
Support audit documentation and KPI reporting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE AP SPECIALIST
Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred) and advanced Excel skills
Understanding of HTS codes, landed cost, and import documentation is a plus
Accuracy, analytical ability, and adaptability to evolving regulations
Salary is $45-$55k, DOE
