    The Company is seeking a Vice President of Software Engineering and Development to lead and inspire high-performing teams across engineering, QA, DevOps, and architecture. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining diverse talent, as well as driving operational excellence and efficiency through the implementation of lean practices, automation, and data-driven metrics. This role requires a strong focus on software delivery, agile execution, and the promotion of a culture of continuous learning and innovation. The VP will also be instrumental in influencing enterprise technology strategy, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions, and fostering alignment across IT. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Software Engineering and Development at the company include leadership and talent development, operational excellence, and efficiency, software delivery, and agile execution. The role also involves platform and architecture stewardship, risk, security, and compliance management, financial and vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
