HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Lead a high-performance team of global demand and supply planners for spare parts
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality engineering, and global customer support teams to identify and implement process improvements that elevate rider support.
• Oversee and prioritize global improvement projects focused on optimizing centralized inventory and enhancing fulfillment efficiency.
• Develop and execute spare parts planning strategies that support global business objectives.
• Own escalation pathways and develop proactive solutions for risks identified in the supply plan.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to planning team members, promoting professional development and succession planning.
• Track and report on team KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic goals and operational performance.
• Collaborate with product teams and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) milestones across the business.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply planning, financial forecasting, or a similar role.
• Proven leadership experience in operations and planning, with a track record of building and developing teams.
• Experience with S&OP processes and change management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and drive process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for motivating teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle and related business intelligence and analytical applications.
• Expertise in BI/Visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
