A company is looking for a Senior Engineer for Contact Center Technologies, remote position.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement, optimize, and operationalize the contact center infrastructure for seamless integration and performance
Provide L3 operational support for the modernized contact center ecosystem, including troubleshooting and upgrades
Drive the migration from Cisco On-premises Call Center to AWS Connect ecosystem and contribute to Amazon Connect projects
Required Qualifications :
5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Understanding of ITSM / ITIL / Service Now
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, and Six Sigma methodologies
Must pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
