A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist (PST) in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve support tickets through Intercom, providing timely and accurate responses
Troubleshoot issues before escalating, gathering necessary details for Engineering
Conduct customer calls for further troubleshooting and clarification on complex issues
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in a Customer Support role at a startup or SaaS company
Strong sense of urgency and accountability in ticket ownership
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and proactive investigation
Experience with support tools, specifically Intercom
Access to reliable internet and proficiency with G Suite, Zoom, and Slack
