Our Mission

Justice Law Corporation comes from humble yet noble beginnings. Founded by Douglas Han in 2013, after being inspired by the plight of aggrieved oil workers in Kern County, Justice Law Corporation has grown from being the ambitious dream of one man into a resilient force to be reckoned with. Since the inception of the firm, through the combined efforts of first-rate attorneys and determined legal support staff, we've achieved millions of dollars in recoveries on behalf of employees against dozens of large companies throughout the state of California. We see it as our privilege to advocate for hard-working men and women by providing them with a skilled and resourceful team to amplify their voices. Wage theft, which has been called "the crime no-one talks about," is one of the many unfortunate realities that beleaguer the average American worker today. So, we pride ourselves in the fact that we champion workers' rights in a time where they are often taken advantage of. Our work has statewide reach and is effecting change in every industry to protect both the rights of workers today and for future generations.
