[job_card.job_description]Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required 1-3 year of experience in food service work preferably in a fine dining, country club, or senior living setting Experience in working with seniors or high customer oriented settings preferred A passion for serving others and maintaining a high level of service Food Handlers Certification Have or be able to obtain Finger Print Clearance Card, CPR / First Aid, and TB testing clearance Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization. Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards at all times. Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times. Exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Set tables and maintain work stations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, assist with dish washing, and reset tables. Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. Knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per Policy and Procedure. Represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Schedule : Mornings start at 6am and evening shift at 4pm (Full Time & Part Time available)
Pay : $16 hourly
