    • Essential Job Requirements :

  • Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
  • Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
  • Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
  • Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
  • Research literature related to client programs.
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

    • Qualifications :

  • Required : Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation)
  • Required : Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
  • Required : Reliable transportation.
  • Required : Minimum of 60% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
