[job_card.job_description]We are looking for a talented and self-driven Backend Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing robust server-side logic, designing APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. If you’re passionate about clean code, modern architectures, and remote collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and backend services. Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Build and maintain databases, ensuring responsiveness and efficiency. Ensure high-quality, secure, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones in a fully remote environment. Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and team discussions. Stay up to date with the latest backend technologies and best practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a Backend Developer. Proficient in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java, Go, Ruby). Solid experience with RESTful APIs and backend frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot). Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL), such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB. Familiarity with Git, CI / CD tools, and containerization (e.g., Docker). Understanding of security, data protection, and performance optimization. Comfortable working in a remote team and using collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jira). Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
