Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day supervision of team members and collaborate with cross-functional managers
Guide the development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
Facilitate employee functions such as performance management and support proposal development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent experience (6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
10+ years of software development leadership experience
3+ years of people management experience in large complex organizations
Experience with various development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
Strong working experience with Jira and application development on Java Spring framework
