Surgical Technician - Main OR

Job Summary: The Surgical Technician supports surgical procedures in the operating room and other clinical areas. Working under the supervision of a Surgical Technologist and/or Circulating RN, this role ensures proper setup, maintains sterile technique, and assists the surgical team during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up sterile tables with instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures.
• Maintain strict sterile technique at all times.
• Clean, care for, and process instruments after procedures.
• Support case carts, turnover team, and service line surgical technician roles as needed.
• ssist with circulating duties under the RN's supervision.
• Help ensure efficient patient flow through the OR by meeting performance standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Registered Surgical Technician program.
• Washington Surgical Technologist Registration (upon hire).
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year of hospital caregiving experience.
