Job Description:

St. Margaret School is a PreK–8 Catholic elementary school located in Narberth, PA, committed to academic excellence and faith-based education, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Coordinator to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. This educator will provide guidance to a team of support personnel that will work with students identified as having learning differences or who may need additional support in Math or Reading.

The Learning Support Teacher plays a critical role in helping students achieve academic success through specialized instruction, collaboration with classroom teachers, and ongoing communication with families.

Key Responsibilities:

● Provide specialized small group instruction in reading and math to K–8 students in a resource room setting.

● Assess, monitor, and track individual student progress using data-driven methods.

● Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiated instruction and adapt curriculum for students with learning differences.

● Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress, strategies for support, and academic goals.

● Participate in student support team meetings and contribute to intervention planning.

● Uphold the mission and values of Catholic education in both professional conduct and instructional practice.

Qualifications:

● Preferred:

• Pennsylvania Instruction Certification
• Pennsylvania K–8 Special Education Certification
• Experience working with students who have learning differences or IEPs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, administration, and parents
• Commitment to fostering a positive, faith-filled learning environment
