Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications (HCM, ERP, SCM), PeopleSoft, or similar systems preferred.

We are seeking an Remote - Oracle Cloud ERP Training Lead - Direct Hire to join our team!
Note : This position is Position is remote.
Shifts : 8 am - 5 pm, days
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement training strategies and plans for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
- Support trainers in the design and creation of training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources.
- Conduct training sessions for various user groups, including end-users, super users, and technical teams.
- Collaborate with business leaders, functional leads, and process leads to identify training needs and requirements.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to users post-implementation to ensure continued proficiency and adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle ERP features, updates, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
