Remote Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Remote Triage Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming telephone calls in a call center environment

Document calls accurately and efficiently while monitoring productivity metrics

Provide assessments of symptoms using proprietary triage algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification

Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls

Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM

Private workspace at home with high-speed internet access
