Program Associate (Part-Time)
- ???? Location : Washington, DC (Flagship; In-person)
- ???? Schedule : Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts) 7am-4pm will be determined by hiring manager so flexibility is highly encouraged
- ???? Hourly Rate : $21.00hr-$22.50hr based on experience???? Status : Part-Time, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do :
Build positive rapport with clients through routine contactAssist with program setup and closing (meals, toiletries, laundry, cleaning)Serve meals and conduct intake and wellness screeningsRespond to client needs, de-escalate crises, resolve conflicts, and enforce program rulesComplete documentation (activity sheets, reports, incident reports)Support care coordination tasks (referrals, residency forms)Collaborate with volunteers and partner agenciesParticipate in team meetings and quality improvement activitiesWhat We’re Looking For :
Required :
Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of social services experience, ORHS Diploma / equivalent + 2 years of social services experience, ORHS Diploma / equivalent + 5 years of work experiencePreferred :
Experience with vulnerable populations, addiction, and mental illnessFamiliarity with DC Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)Knowledge of homelessness-related issues and trauma-informed careCommitment to diversity and inclusionSkills & Competencies :
