Field Manager - Weatherization Programs

Location: San Diego or Los Angeles, CA

Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the following position: Field Manager - Weatherization Programs. Full-time, exempt.

RHA is looking for a Field Manager who will provide program leadership to RHA's field team. Under the general oversight of the Director, the Manager works with sub-contractors and RHA personnel to ensure program quality assurance in the contractual areas of pass rates and hazard mitigation.

Responsibilities include planning and overseeing department activities to monitor and provide feedback to client, sub-contractors and RHA field team. They will develop, implement and monitor quality assurance (QA) systems and processes to ensure contract compliance in the areas of program certification training, energy efficient measure installations, natural gas appliance testing, hazard and standard fail correction completion, inspection pass rate results and Contractor Activity Profile (scorecard) oversight. They will serve as the primary technical resource in evaluating and clarifying policy and procedures for RHA field technicians and sub-contractor personnel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have minimum of three years of experience managing programs or multiple projects of increasing responsibility
• Must have three years of experience supervising diverse project teams and personnel
• Must have three years of experience working with residential building contractors with experience in energy efficiency programs and high level / professional knowledge of State Weatherization Installation Standards, and State ESA Policy and Procedure Manual
• Excellent interpersonal skills/customer service skills and the ability to work in a team environment with the ability to work with management, co-workers, contractors and customers
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly computer literate must have advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferred)
• Travel throughout Southern California will be required

Pay Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
