A company is looking for a Technical Product Support Trainer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead training programs across technical teams and partner support organizations
Design training materials and coordinate with content owners to align with operational updates
Define learning objectives, collect feedback, and iterate training content based on metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a technical trainer or enablement specialist in relevant environments
3+ years of experience designing role-based learning using an LMS and authoring tools
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and instructional software
Experience in a SaaS environment and with support systems like Salesforce and Jira
Technical Training Certification(s) are highly desirable
