Key Responsibilities
Support clinical teams in the North East by developing and executing strategic sourcing plans
Consult with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and guide them through the recruitment process
Maintain an applicant tracking system and report on the status of open positions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5+ years of professional recruitment experience required, with healthcare and agency recruitment as a plus
Experience in executing full-cycle corporate recruiting
Prior experience in large healthcare organizations is beneficial
Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
