Position Overview : The Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool is a vital role that provides high-quality, patient-centered care across various departments, including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU units. This dynamic position offers opportunities for professional growth and skill development, all while ensuring the best patient experiences.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Compensation :

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000
Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000
Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200
Referral Bonus : $5,000 for RN referrals

Schedule :

3rd Shift (7pm - 7 : 30am)

Self-scheduled with a 36-hour work week

2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule

2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

Your Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive patient care using evidence-based practices.

Adapt to various unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.

Oversee discharge planning and maintain a therapeutic relationship with patients and families.

What We Are Looking For :

Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Active Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing patient care.
