FTE Status : Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours / week)

Work Schedule : 730AM - 430PM. Monday - Friday. No weekends.

Job Description :

Overall role is to provide leadership support to implement Bellin's strategic vision through the use of standard Project Management tools and methodologies. To routinely deliver projects within the Triple Constraints of Scope, Schedule and Cost. To incorporate improvement methodology with clear, measurable objectives and outcomes. To support and streamline PMO (Project Management Office) policies and procedures. This role will be supporting the Pharmacy and 340B.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in applied discipline (e.g., Computer Systems, Project Management, Business, etc.) preferred.
• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in Project Management including initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects preferred.
• Knowledge of medication safety, pharmacy compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Familiarity with 340B program regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Experience collaborating with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Understanding of drug formulary management and pharmacy benefit processes.
