Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee human resources duties and manage daily operations of the contract

Ensure timely fulfillment of Government worldwide assignment requests and coordinate logistics

Implement efficient operational procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

At least five years of experience managing program operations in a dynamic, international environment

At least five years of experience in human resource management and financial management

Experience with worksite / assignment tracking and stakeholder communications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field is desired

Experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract is preferred
