We are seeking a detail-oriented Profiling and Calendaring Clerk to provide essential administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate scheduling, document management, and timely communication across multiple cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for DCOs, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other legal events.
- Download, profile, and circulate incoming court e-filings and research notifications.
- Organize and maintain transfer files and NetDocs for all open cases.
- Monitor and manage E-Service and Calendaring inboxes.
- Prepare and send client correspondence regarding discovery requests.
- Process check requests for vendor invoices.
- Organize and create indexed document productions for case files.
Qualifications
Education : High school diploma or GED required.Skills :Ability to read and interpret complex instructions and legal documents.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in word processing software; minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professional relationships in a demanding environment.Technical : Familiarity with photocopying, faxing, and document management systems.Mathematical : Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Benefits & Perks
