Salary Range : $90,000-$110,000

Position Overview : We're seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to design and develop printed circuit boards for automotive electronic devices. This role requires a true PCB engineer-not just a layout designer-who can take projects from concept through production, ensuring designs meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability standards. You'll collaborate closely with electrical and mechanical engineers, as well as quality and manufacturing teams, to deliver high-quality design packages ready for supplier and production use.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop PCB layouts using Altium (or similar software such as OrCAD, Protel, or Mentor Graphics).
• Release and maintain CAD drawing packages.
• Work directly with supplier technical teams to review and refine PCB designs.
• Participate in design and tooling reviews.
• Coordinate design requirements with production, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Maintain and update process documentation, work instructions, and component libraries.
• Convert Altium libraries to database files and categorize components for efficient use.
• Review component datasheets and update design files with accurate technical values.
• Support ISO9001 / IATF16949 quality processes and ISO14001 environmental policies.
• Provide clear communication and timely reporting of key project updates.
