Key Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service via phone, chat, and email
Field troubleshooting questions regarding networking, hardware, and software services
Train customers on software features and assist with data export and import
Required Qualifications
Proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
Prior customer service experience
Ability to work until 8 PM or later on weekdays
Ability to be on call on weekends and holidays
