    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations and Annual Giving. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage alumni and foster a culture of giving. This role is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the institution's relationships with its alumni community, as well as in driving annual giving programs to support the academic and student experience. Key responsibilities for the Associate Vice President include creating and executing comprehensive alumni engagement plans, overseeing the annual giving campaign, and working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the success of fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in alumni relations and fundraising, with the ability to blend academic rigor with a deep understanding of the college experience. A strategic and data-driven approach is essential, as is the capacity to communicate effectively and inspire support for the institution's mission. A background in higher education or a related field is preferred, and a commitment to the values of diversity, inclusion, and student success is a must.
