CDL A Driver w / Piggyback Experience

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL-A Driver to join our team in Danbury, CT, supporting the distribution of hardwood flooring materials across NY, NJ, CT, and PA.

This role involves transporting wood pallets and requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Piggyback forklift experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL-A license, relevant driving experience, and strong organizational skills, with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Location :

• Danbury, CT Reports to :   Store Manager Schedule : Onsite Monday-Friday, 6 AM – 4 PM (Subject to change and business needs.) Employment Type : Full-Time Hourly Rate : $26.00 - $34.00USD / Hour Key Responsibilities Safely transport pallets of wood to various locations Load and unload materials using a piggyback forklift (preferred experience) Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs and documentation Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Qualifications Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record Previous CDL-A driving experience Piggyback forklift experience preferred Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Bilingual (Spanish and English) – Preferred Compensation The published salary range is used as a guide to provide prospective candidates with a level of compensation that is competitive with today’s market.
