Compensation : $19.00 - $21.00
On-Site - Troy, MI - Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will setup new equipment for deployment, including Samsung phones and tablets and Windows-based laptops. This person will also wipe returned equipment in preparation for retirement or redeployment. They will ensure our inventory database is updated. Familiarity of remote management tools is a plus.
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities :
- Setup and image devices for deployment
- Process equipment returns
- Prepare outdated equipment for disposal
- Run diagnostics and evaluate equipment for deployment / redeployment
- Work with vendors regarding equipment repairs
- Keep inventory up-to-date
- Setup and ship replacement equipment for remote workers
- Liaison between multiple IT teams
