We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a rockstar in learning analytics, business process optimization, and portfolio management, with a proven ability to lead people and collaborate across functions. We're looking for someone who brings sharp analytical skills, a passion for driving measurable impact, and the ability to communicate with clarity and influence. This person will play a critical role in shaping and delivering enterprise-wide learning and organizational effectiveness strategies that align with our business priorities.

The Associate Director of Organization Effectiveness will lead critical functions that enable our team to measure, communicate, and continuously improve the impact of our learning and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Key areas of responsibility include :

Pay Range : $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
