Experience in diesel mechanics preferred : Mechanical background or schooling in diesel mechanics. Effective communication abilities : Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team. Able to work independently and collaboratively : Work well independently and as part of a team. Keen attention to detail : Pay close attention to the specifics. Valid work authorization : Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship. Close-knit team : Regular team-building events and outings.
