YOUR ROLE AS A HOME STORAGE IN-HOME SALES CONSULTANT

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home consultations with clients to understand their organizational needs and preferences.
• Design and sell innovative storage solutions tailored to individual lifestyles and spaces.
• Confidently present solutions to architects, builders, interior designers, and homeowners.
• Maintain a client-focused approach, ensuring satisfaction throughout the design and installation process.
• Participate in ongoing training to refine your design skills and stay updated on industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of success
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients over the phone and in person
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about home organization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2C sales, interior design, and/or custom work
