Develop and deploy strategic outreach initiatives using various channels to target priority segments

Create outreach efforts to expand and enrich the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities

Conduct market research to gather insights and analyze outreach performance for optimization

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and HubSpot

Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Strong persistence and consistency in following up with leads

Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely

Curiosity about embedding AI and automation into business development workflows is a plus
