A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (FULL TIME / REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between hospital staff, nurses, pharmacies, patients, and providers
Triage inbound calls for multiple facilities and manage daily provider schedules
Document and enter inbound / outbound calls into the appropriate database
Required Qualifications
Approximately one year of office experience in a medical setting
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Ability to handle stress and conflict well
Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
Experience in a team-oriented environment
