Strategy & Program Execution Team Member

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management provides a range of wealth management products and services for individuals, businesses and institutions. These services include brokerage and investment advisory, financial and wealth planning, credit and lending, cash management, annuities and insurance, retirement and trust.

This position will be a member of the Strategy & Program Execution Team within Emerging Wealth Solutions (EWS). The primary goal of EWS is to provide guidance to our mass affluent clients (Morgan Stanley Virtual Advisor), make it easy for our self-directed clients to manage their finances and achieve their goals (E

• TRADE), and to provide support and service for our stock plan participants (Workplace Solutions Group).

Primary responsibilities will focus on program management, reporting & analysis, and implementation / execution. The individual will provide program management support for select strategic initiatives, specifically focusing on the optimization and target operating model. This role will coordinate across a multi-disciplinary team with a key focus on program delivery, risk monitoring, scope and management reporting. The individual will collaborate with partners in the business, technology and risk / control functions.
