[job_card.job_description]Openings : 8 Pay : Up to $91 / hr Experience Required : 8+ years or 5+ years with Advanced STEM degree Education : Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline (STEM required) Core Focus : Senior-level leadership across projects, system-level design ownership Key Skills & Tools : Advanced analog / digital / RF circuit design and system integration Project leadership, cross-functional team coordination Electrical test system development and validation Root-cause analysis, process improvement, and mentoring junior engineers Software debugging tools, integrated development environments (IDEs) Tools : Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic Responsibilities : Lead full lifecycle development of test systems from concept through delivery Provide technical oversight and strategic direction for project execution Ensure design integrity, schedule adherence, and compliance with defense requirements Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required Onsite in Tucson, AZ (no remote option) Experience developing or supporting test systems for complex hardware Hands-on use of test instruments (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, Analyzers) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals in a team setting

Citizenship : U.S. Citizen

LEVEL III – Senior Electrical Engineer (ENG03)
- Openings : 3
- Pay : Up to $80 / hr
- Experience Required : 5+ years or 3+ years with Advanced STEM degree
- Education : Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline (STEM required)
- Core Focus : Mid-level leadership on design projects, cost / schedule accountability
- Key Skills & Tools :
- Electrical engineering design, analysis, and test
- Analog, digital, or RF system design and integration
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Tools : Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
- Project management, proposal support, documentation, presentation
- Responsibilities :
- Lead design and integration of test systems for engineering and production
- Create technical drawings, schematics, and wiring / cabling documentation
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and cost within assigned scope
