Program : Effectors Test Equipment Engineering
Work Schedule : 9 / 80 (Every other Friday off)
Security Clearance : Active Secret (Required to Start)

LEVEL III – Senior Electrical Engineer (ENG03)
- Openings : 3
- Pay : Up to $80 / hr
- Experience Required : 5+ years or 3+ years with Advanced STEM degree
- Education : Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or related Engineering discipline (STEM required)
- Core Focus : Mid-level leadership on design projects, cost / schedule accountability
- Key Skills & Tools :
- Electrical engineering design, analysis, and test
- Analog, digital, or RF system design and integration
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Tools : Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
- Project management, proposal support, documentation, presentation
- Responsibilities :
- Lead design and integration of test systems for engineering and production
- Create technical drawings, schematics, and wiring / cabling documentation
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and cost within assigned scope
LEVEL IV – Principal Electrical Engineer (ENG04)
