Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and monitor performance indicators to improve the customer journey

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in customer support or service delivery in a digital or CRM-enabled environment

Proven ability to navigate CRM systems and AI-assisted tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field
