[job_card.job_description]Hemodialysis (Required) Peritoneal Dialysis (Preferred) Percutaneous / Needle Renal Biopsies (Preferred) Management of renal disorders (Bartter s, Fabry, Fanconi, Hemolytic-Uremic, Hepatorenal Syndromes, Renal Transplant) EEG Reads (Required) Minimum 1 week per month (preferably 2 weeks) commitment Call Coverage : Monday 7 AM following Monday 7 AM (includes evenings & weekends) Clinic Hours : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM See a minimum of 5 outpatients per day during clinic hours Available for inpatient rounds and consults as needed Typical patient mix : 70% inpatient / 30% outpatient (may vary)
Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM
Call : Beeper call, 7-day rotation (Monday 7 AM following Monday 7 AM)
Patient Volume : 5 outpatients / day; variable inpatient volume
Support Staff : 1 RN, 3 MAs, 1 PA / NP, 1 office staff
Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days
Duration : Minimum 1 week (preferably 2 weeks / month commitment)
Hospital Beds : 189
Call Response Time : 15 minutes
