Key Responsibilities
Deliver metrics-driven solutions to business problems by defining concrete projects related to contracting systems
Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on the contracting area
Manage relationships with various internal partner teams and collaborate with other engineering managers to evolve architectural strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in building software systems, including user-facing products and internal platforms
5+ years of management experience
User-first mindset with a strong focus on product experience
Proven track record of growing and managing engineers at different career levels
Ability to work in fast-moving environments and effectively collaborate across teams
