Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Employment Attorney to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and employment law, providing legal guidance, and representing clients in employment-related litigation. The position aims to ensure compliance with employment laws and protect the rights of both employers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to clients on employment law matters, including compliance and risk management.
• Represent clients in employment litigation, including disputes related to wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage and hour claims.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and handbooks to ensure legal compliance.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed on current employment law trends and rulings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for HR and management regarding employment practices.
• Negotiate settlements and manage all aspects of employment-related litigation and disputes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions.
• 3-5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on employment defense.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations at both federal and state levels.
• Excellent litigation skills and experience in handling employment-related disputes.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
